People

This edition of the Deep Routes curriculum features profiles primarily on Black/African American chefs, cooks, and farmers. Over time we plan to feature more Black and Brown people who have contributed to foodways across BIPOC cultures. People profiles are one-page long biographies and the entire collection is featured in the People and Places booklet.
