A Culinary Flight to Haiti 🎥

An Manje: The Culinary Flight to Haiti is an unscripted mini series co-produced by The Global Taste and Deep Routes, created and led by Shana Jeannot-Thomas for An Manje’s anthological curriculum.

Haitian cuisine offers a truly diverse culinary experience throughout the 10 departments of Haiti, where rich, spicy, and explosive flavors range from region to region. This mini-film takes viewers on an inspiring journey to explore and celebrate the diverse traditions of Haitian cuisine right here in the melting pot of New York and New Jersey through the eyes of chefs Alain Lemaire, Nicky Marcelin, and Vanessa Coquillo. As these chefs tell their stories through their cooking, viewers are invited to learn more about Haiti and get excited to prepare Haitian dishes in their own homes.
