Margo Gabriel
Margo Gabriel is a Haitian American freelance writer, author and associate producer. She is a Miami, FL native who grew up in Boston, MA. She is based in Lisbon, Portugal. She is the author of The Expat Kitchen cookbook. She has been featured in the New York Times, HuffPost, Conversas Ao Sul, A Mensagem de Lisboa, Time Out Lisboa, RTP Africa and Salon. Her words have been published in Boston Art Review, Cuisine Noir, Culinary Backstreets, Fodor’s Travel, and Refinery29. She is a contributing food writer at Cuisine Noir and the lead steward for the forthcoming The Haiti/Ayiti section of the Deep Routes curriculum.
